Problem with ANSYS Workbench 2020 R2

Hello, I have student version of Ansys. Have you got any idea how to solve this problem? It appears while opening Workbench 2020 R2 I apprieciate your help.

some files maybe are lost, try to reinstalll

I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times without success. I also tried to install 2021R2 version, however it doesn't work.

My PC configuration:
Dell Inspiron 3583

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8565U CPU @ 1.80GHz

Intel Graphics UHD 620
Radeon TM 520
