ANSYS Polyflow solution not converge due to viscosity

1 Attachment(s)
I am working on non isothermal single screw extrusion. I import the material data from extrusion directory, so by default it is using Arrhenius law.

When I run it shows the solution is not converge. In the listing view, it shows the info as shown in attachment. So I change the viscosity to be not temperature dependent, then the solution can be converged.

So there is any way to make it converge and in the same time take the temperature into account to determine the viscosity?

Problem solved

Thanks all, problem solved by create sub-model for temperature imposed on the plastic.

Ansys Polyflow solution not converge due to considering viscosity dependence on temp

Hello dear,
Hope you will be fine. I am facing same problem, which you had faced earlier. I have strucked here. I am working on Non-Isothermal PE-100 pipe extrusion.
I am unable to create sub-model for temperature. Kindly guide me in this regard. Thanks in advance.
