Error in Fluid Solid interface using ANSYS

Hello all,
I am tying to run the FSI simulation in ANSYS using system coupling of transient structural and fluent.
but when i run the simulation it shows the error: "Update failed for the solution component in system coupling. the coupled update for system transient structural threw an exception. error updating cell solution in system transient structural."

please suggest something
