Unexpected error

I am completely new to this forum so i apologize in advance if this thread is not at the correct place, furthermore, please bear with me because English is not my native language.

I must work with the program ANSYS 2021 R2 for my studies but i get an error every time I want to start ANSYS Workbench. The error states:

I tried everything I could find on the internet to solve this error, but it still won't work. I tried reinstalling it, run it as admin, change environmental variables (even though they were correct).

Dell XPS 15 9570
Prozessor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21 GHz
Installierter RAM 8,00 GB (7,74 GB verwendbar)

I really hope someone can help me because i need to start on the projects this week.
