iteration reset

Hello,
I used Fluent for Flow simulation, but i have a problem with incrementation of iterations wich is blocked in one number as you can see below :

iter continuity x-velocity y-velocity z-velocity energy k
!16777216 solution is converged

How can i reset the iteration

Press Enter in TUI box
type solve/
Press Enter
type monitors/
Press Enter
type residual/
Press Enter again
type reset/
It'll ask question
Type yes or Y
Done, the iterations are reset

You can also do this:
In Ansys Fluent V19.2 you can also reset the iteration count by clicking 'solution' tab, and under Reports click 'residuals'. In here change the 'iterations to store' to '0' and 'plot'. This appears to reset the iteration monitors.

Hello,
I have a simulation with UDFs , so i compiled ( build and load ), but when i run the calculation i have a message error that are a floating point and divergence. But when i run in batch it work normally
