ERROR in Response Surface Optimization: "(DP 18) Update of the Geometry component in Coarser mesh for Design Point 18 failed: Ya se agregó un elemento con la misma clave."

Hi everybody. I ask for help or any idea on how to solve this problem. I am running a simulation of a certain geometry, which is not important for understanding the problem. The simulation is taking place with CFX. I ran the simulation with no problems. Then I needed to create an optimization experiment, so I added a response Surface Optimization component to the project schematic.

For the first part "Design of Experiment" I created multiple sets of input parameters (different design points) and I clicked to update in order to start computing them. Then is when several error messages appeaed:

"(DP 18) Update of the Geometry component in Coarser mesh for Design Point 18 failed: Ya se agregó un elemento con la misma clave."

I tried to clear the list of design points and even delete the entire block of Response Surface Optimization, but it didn't.

The second part of the error message is written in spanish for some reason, which means:

Ya se agregó un elemento con la misma clave ----- An element with the same code has been already added

Any idea or suggestion will be highly appreciated, or just ask something, so I can give you a bit more info to solve it. Thank you in advance
