Coupling domains for species transport

Hi all,

I am in severe need of help, for I have spent too much time on this issue and am now getting unmotivated. My problem statement is I would like to model a Membrance Gas-Liquid contractor for the removal of a particular species.

My issue is I do not understand how to couple domains and allow for the diffusion of species to occur through a membrane or even a solid domain. I do not want to simply put a source term because I want to post-process the flux of the species leaving my primary domain.

In the primary domain, I will have a fluid contains the species I want to remove. The species will diffusive radially to the top where it will then permeate through a membrane to then be swept away.

I will take any help anyone is to offer. What I have accomplished so far is meshing the domain and making the mesh continuous by the automatic mesh connection group detector. I named all the boundaries and sent the file to fluent. Now when I open my file in fluent only 1 of the 2 interfaces is read in....
