I am using ANSYS student 2022 version. I have a cuboidal geometry of dimensions 40 by 40 by 30 mm. I am new to ANSYS meshing. I am trying to mesh this geometry by face meshing by selecting all the 6 faces of the cuboid and then generating the mesh. However, one of the face of the cuboid is not getting meshed properly (as can be seen from the images attached, Fig 3). This is causing trouble in the fluent solver when I check the quality of the mesh. Can someone please suggest what is the issue and how to resolve this ? The details of the mesh have been shown in the attached figures (Fig 4 and 5).
