how do i can fix?

hi all.

i'm using ansys 19.0 in Cent OS 7.3

When I try to run FLUENT,
there is no further progress on the following screen.

No matter how long I wait, it does not proceed on that screen.

There is no error log,
and without turning on the GUI with the
"fluent 3ddp -t64 -d" command in the terminal, TUI works normally.
How can I solve this problem?

i recently installed ansys on cent os 7.
after installation i had to install other stuff to run the GUI, i had that problem too. i found the solution somewhere in this forum i think.

'yum update' After the update, it runs normally!
But I still don't know what the problem was.

Additionally, if you update 'yum update', the version may not match with ANSYS,
so I don't think you should update the kernel!
