Hello every one,
I am trying to create temperature or velocity contours on a curved STL file that I import into ansys post as STL with ASCII format by inserting it as a "User Surface" Although I import and visualize the STL file in ANSYS Post, I can not use the user surface to create contours. Ansys Post can create a legend for the contour that I want but it does not show anything else on the screen. Any ideas are appreciated. |

The STL file should match in dimension only the Domain that you want to post process on. Then under the tab in user surface, you should change constant to variable and select the variable you want. cheers |
