Unrefined zones along cylinder wall using body sizing on Ansys Meshing

Hello everybody,

I want to model the damping of a liquid inside a cylinder. Since damping is mainly due to wall boundary layers, I used the body of influence feature on Ansys Meshing in order to have small cells on the cylinder wall. However, by doing so I obtained the following result:



There are 4 bands like this one on the cylinder wall (each one is separated by 90°). I cannot find the origin of this problem. Could you help me please? Thanks in advance.
