Plotting a log(Rayleigh) vs log(Nusselt) graph for free convection in rectangular 3D

Can somebody help me how to plot the graph of log(Rayleigh) vs log(Nusselt) in ansys fluent for free convection in a rectangular 3D plate in the post processing part.
