hello, good afternoon

I have been developing a project related to a pyrolysis reactor, but I am in doubt regarding the quality of the mesh, the project is designed in ansys fluent, but I am not sure about the quality of the mesh, a structured mesh with few nodes and objects or an unstructured mesh with many more nodes and objects, it should be noted that the orthogonality criterion is similar.

With which program did you mesh your geometry ?
Usually, mesh quality metrics are included and therefore, you can check whether your mesh has a good quality in reagrds to the typical metrics (orthogonality, skewness, aspect ratio and so on) or not.
A sensitivity analysis on each mesh (structured and unstructured) will help. Then, compare the meshes and look at desired output variables.
