How to use PolyFlow to successfully calculate viscoelastic fluid flow
 

Dear members,
I'm new here and hope the first question to be compounded with the question specification.

Problem description:
As long as I use ANSYS Polyflow to calculate viscoelastic models (PTT、Oldroyd B、Doi-Edwards）, I get an error like the following:

"Divergence detected for field S_EVSS__1: iterations cancelled by Expert System
Divergence detected for field D_EVSS: iterations cancelled by Expert System"

"Divergence of influent solver occurred !"

Although I modified the model parameters and meshes to make it as simple as possible.
Sincerely hope to get any help from everyone about this software.
