Is this alternative meshing correct?!
 

I am new to ANSYS so I was thinking which of these two meshing and techniques is more correct: If you follow the instructions by “DrDalyO” in his video, you will use MultiZone mesh which in turn Convergence will not be allowed in it as I have used.

In his example “DrDalyO” gets a final equivalent stress result of approximately 500 MPa and calls it "very good" while I get an approximately 600 MPa.
Also it seems his meshing quality is not that high.
So which of these methods is more correct and why?
