Solution not converging properly
 

I'm doing an academic personal exercise about the flow around a square cylinder, this is for the inviscid case, but even here the solution does not look like that is converging properly. I set the time scale factor and the relaxation factors as shown in the picture, I also checked the mesh (skewness and aspect ratio) but I don't seem to have found any issues. What might be the problem?
