Meshing window isn't opening at all.

I initially had v242 in my system, which I uninstalled using the uninstall ansys option.
But probably it had some files left still I dont know. After that I installed ansys v251, in which everything opened except the meshing window. I uninstalled and reinstalled it a lot of times.

This time I also tried deleting all the folders and all the things named with ansys. from program files and also the one which I downloaded from the website. But still the meshing window isn't opening.

Error::
Error while waiting for Meshing initialization to complete. Either the application crashed or Workbench lost communication with it.

I am not understanding what to do please help me !! I have a very important work to complete and there's barely any time.

I searched through various forums and the problems people were facing. I guess there is some issue with the new version of windows or the updated one maybe, in which some null pointer or something is not allowed. so when I tried using ansys v242 same error occured.
I think we should wait for the v252 version.
