I do not use star ccm+, but the process should be the same as my solver:

1) in the output tab, click the red tool box and select star ccm+ as the solver
2) Select the BC Button to the right of the tool box
a) Expand the relevant tabs (usually mixed/unknown and surfaces mixed/unknown)
b) For each boundary you plan on applying a condition: expand it, click Create new, and apply the appropriate condition
3) Once all boundaries are set, click the rubiks cube looking button and export the file

Someone with more star ccm+ experience might want to add to/correct what I have said, but this should get you going

You can export the mesh in .msh format. In STAR-CCM+, clic in file, import (not import surface mesh). Then import your .msh file.

I agree with Vinicius, the ICEM CFD output to StarCCM+ is really just Fluent Mesh format anyway, but without the boco setup. You might as well just export in FLuent6 format and then you can import that into Star...

(or better yet, import it into Fluent )
