unable to start the meshing editor

I am using ANSYS Workbench 12.1. After the geometry was imported, and then each time when I start the mesher to mesh geometry, it took a very long time to respond and finally it is not responding. Error message says "unable to start the meshing editor". What is wrong?Thanks guys.

You might have already figured out the issue.
Following worked for me.

//Run the following command in the terminal prior to starting the workbench

unset SLURM_GTIDS

//Run ANSYS Workbench

module load workbench/19.2
runwb2 -oglmesa

Hi, I Just run into the same problem, and tried your method. But I can find the unset command in the terminal(Windows 10, Anasys Workbench 2022R2), Any other suggestion?
