What's the meaning of this message? :confused:

Element shape checking is currently inactive. Issue SHPP,ON or
SHPP,WARN to reactivate, if desired.

It means the element shape checking is turned off presumably because the job is coming from workbench which does its own shape checking prior to sending it to the solver.

No it is simply warning you that the solver is not doing the shape checking because workbench has done it already.

I ask you just only the last thing:
when i start the transien thermal analisis the maximum temperature, in the early steps of time, goes above the initial temperature that i have estabilished...it is insignificant!
i think that is possible that i have too penetration between the edges so it's a problem of convergence.
do you know were i can change the penetration parameters of my geometry? only in the original cad file?
I have seen in some forums that there is a command to do it but i don't found it in the ansys mechanical interface!

P.S. i use Ansys Workbench v12
