Setting of time dependent resistance

Dear all,
I am a beginner using ANSYS 12.01
I am working on the simulation of steam passing through porous material in order to vaporize the water inside the porous material.
I have set it to be transient
I want to set the resistance of steam to be increasing with time. How can I do this?
Also, I don't know how to retrieve the data in order to plot the volume fraction of water inside porous material against time.

have anyone come across this problem??
i know this should be done with udf but i am completely new to Fluent and don't know how to write one.
Please help
