Ansys 13.0 Explicit Dynamics Tutorial

Hi, I was trying out the tutorial in Ansys 13 - Explicit Dynamics that require LS-DYNA Explicit in the Discipline Options but in Ansys 13 there is no such option and only H-Method. Furthermore, the element type specified, Shell163 is not in the Ansys 13 Classic. Therefore, what is the possibility for me to run this tutorial in Ansys 13 Classic or do I have to find other option like CFX or Fluent? Hope you guys can help me out.
