Meshing suggestion for a newbie!

Hi, for past few days I have been doing analysis of 3D slider bearings which look something like this http://rspa.royalsocietypublishing.o...5/F1.small.gif in fluent using workbench 12.1.

Firstly I did analysis on plane slider bearings which was easy for somebody new to ansys mesh like me and results were in tune with standard results. The mesh method I used was automatic with edge sizing and mapped face meshes and the results were good quad meshes.
But when I started doing my actual model which is a slider bearing with a rectangular surface texture on fixed plane, the automatic method no longer gave
me better mesh  . So I changed to multizone meshing it is working for some shapes(different textures), but when I change any dimensions of texture the same method which I applied previously would not work :( . I still can't figure out how to mesh these surfaces so that i can get a uniform mesh like the one without textured surface.Any suggestions would be of great help!

P.S.
the image i provided is just to give an idea the actual clearance between the moving and fixed surface is in microns for my problem which I guess is what not allowing me to mesh correctly

I figured it out anyway if anyone had same problem I would be more than happy to share my experience just message me.
