CFDesign v9.0 won't load results
 

Hi,

I'm having trouble with CFDesign v9.0.

When I open an analysis that has has ran over night it will be finished but it will not load the results.

In other words, it will say that it finished successfully and it will have the final number of iterations listed in the "Continue From" box on the analyze and server monitor tab, however the loadcase for the results is step 0, the convergence monitor is blank and I cannot access the scalar/vector results tab.

does anyone have any suggestions?

I haven't gotten any responses and I am getting way behind on a project because of this problem, and a lot of people are very unhappy.

I'm not sure what to do. I'm begining to feel that the bottom line is that CFDesign is garbage.

What do the folks who develop/sell/support CFDesign say?

I have been in contact with my local CFDesign support and they did not have any solutions. I am now in contact with Derrek from CFDesign that responded to this post and hopefully we will be able to resolve this issue.
