Inside pipe wall temperature rise time t=?

At time t=0 both the inside and outside temperature of pipe is at 21.1 degc (no fluids inside the pipe).

At time t=? , fluid flows inside the pipe carrying 427 deg c at velocity V.

My question is during the contact of fluid to inside wall pipe, will the inside wall temperature of the pipe will abruptly change from 21.2 deg C to 427 deg C ) Say at 1 sec?

Or is it gradual say 60 sec?

Can we run CFD to obtain this rise time inside the wall of pipe temperature? In case can run, what are data needed ,etc.?

It would change over time until everything reached the same temperature as the incoming fluid.

Could you keep it simple and start with the pipe full of fluid?
Set initial conditions to all volumes and run transiently, shouldn't take long

Thanks for the info.. CFD Analysis is required in this face. Do you know some work around to estimate the heat transfer coefficient W/m^2-K of an incoming fluid at say 427 deg C and velocity V.

I already found how to calculate HTC using Ansys Fluent. My next question is "Is HTC time varying also"?.If yes , how to extract in Ansys Fluent?.Many thanks
