rotating water sprinkler
 

i am planning to simulate the rotating water sprinkler for irrigation. i need to know the effect of water pressure and mass/volume flow rate to the rotational speed and at the same time see the pattern of water spewing into the air considering the cfd has free surface flow capabilities.

can the autodesk cfd handle this.

Yes i am working on same condition. But using vessel insides to creat mixing. You can use enclosers for creating air atmosphere and run ..
