Hello,
Attempting to simulate flow in a 19-inch Rack, with added fans and heat exchange coils etc. as part of a project to design a self cooled IT Cabinet.
Model built in CAD and imported into Autodesk CFD 2106-SP2.
The pressure curve (in the convergence plot) is solidly "zero" throughout all
the iterations.

Double checked everything, tried advection 1 and 5, etc. and pressure would not budge! even though we have decent velocities at the fans.

Anyone faced this before ? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

This is me replying to myself.
Thought it may be of use for someone who faces the same problem.

Solution was actually a 'trick' or work-around due to some limitation :

create a thin ring of air around the fan connecting the two air mediums.

That's it.
