how can I find the transfer matrix in AVL Fire in a FEM to CFD mapping?thanks alot

Maybe you have a look into the examples. There is the example 914 and 918.
For more details how the matrix ix defined you may have a look into the manual of the CFD/FE Interface.
You can find an example for this transfer matrix in the FIRE installation.
<PATH>/FIRE/v2011.1/modules/fem_interface/*.mtx
Maybe you try the mapping first with the FIRE example and then with you real case.
