EXPORT Port Connection in AVL Fire 201

Dear All,

I tried to start meshing a diesel engine using AVL Fire 2013.
but when I want to EXPORT Port Connection, bellow errors occur respectively:

Python.exe has stopped working

Error -1073741819 running port surface export

you can find error pictures as attached
your kind help is highly appreciated.
