Iporting ansys files

Default Iporting ansys files

Hi, I have models meshed in ansys and I can't make it to import to Pro-star, Anybody got a clue as to what I may be missing? Robert

It can be done and is not hard once you have the conventions for the cell connections done properly.

I would recommend you start with a trivial case (i.e. a cube), then try a simple case that has a somewhat unstructured mesh. If those work without trouble and your industrial strength case is not, then make gradually harder test cases.
