I need star-cd file format for my post-processor.

You can create ASCII files of all your post-processing data using the GENERIC command. Try HELP GENER in prostar.

You could also try using the SAVUSER command. Its not as flexible as GENERIC, but if all you want is currently stored post data, it is simpler.
