Length scale was zero

Hi, I am doing a transient flow simulation. I use load steps to change boundary types. After the first load step has been finished, the simulation stopped. An error message says: Length scale at the inlet boundary was zero. But I think the length scale was difined when writing the geometry file, in my case I used 0.001 for mm. And I am sure I never changed the length scale in the subroutines. Any one has an idea? Thanks.

It is the turbulent length scale.
:)

But the turbulent length at the inlet boundary is 0.0036 in my model. what's wrong?
