Default Meshing in StarCD

How can I create a boundary layer mesh using prostar ? I am modeling a 2D axisymmetric (I am using cylindrical coordinate system, with just 1 divison in theta direction) jet where I want a finer mesh near the impingement wall and also near the jet exit.
