Hi,

Is it possible to transfer geometry and droplets properties from one case to another?

Regards,

Julie

You can use the facility of saving the mdl file info as cel, vertex, inp files etc. For example to save local.cel, local.vrt etc, you can use the PROSTAR command, cdsave,local.cel,local.vrt,local.bnd,local.inp,-1

why don't you try to import the inp file

I think it'll be simpler to just copy the .mdl file and then do modifications from ProSTAR on it (assuming the new model is similar to your old one). CDSAVE was meant to make it possible to transfer geometric and setup data to other systems that your current binary files are incompatible with but frankly I haven't used it for that reason yet. I run STAR-CD under Windows, Linux, HP-UX, and IRIX.
