Does it possible that using linux's g77 instead of commercial Absoft Fortran. I used the -F parameter to pass the complier, but get some "library miss" message when "ld"...

No, it is not possible because the Fortran libaries from Absoft are required.

Given those libraries, it is technically feasible to link it all together (I managed it once). But I wouldn't recommend it as a working practice.

As an aside, I'm always a bit narked when expensive software requires you go out and buy more 3rd party software before you can use it. I think if StarCD requires Absoft FORTRAN, then CD-Adapco should drop the price accordingly or bundle the compiler.
