I'm jst new to CFD I'm interested in knowing the software that industries would prefer the most. A rating of the softwares would help people like me judge and take a better selection of the software to learn.

There is no "best" simulation tool. It depends on what you want to simulate. Just read in different user forum about the problems and the calculated cases.

I think you'll find that most vendors will recommend the software that they sell, so there's no real point in asking.

Similarly, most users will recommend the software that they've bought (or admit making a wrong choice).
