Hello again,

In the multi-component mixing of Star-CD, is it possible to mix one liquid and one solid components ?

It's tough. Perhaps not possible. And definitely not without mesh movement and serious user subroutine programming that takes account of surface reaction/mass transfer rates with the shrinkage of the solid (which implies a moving mesh case). Maybe someone who has done solid propellant rocket sims can help?
