Re: Negative volume

this error message means the cell has too small a volume. Are you using proam?

Re: Negative volume

Go to check tool and check the cells for 'left handed cells' criteria. Then click on the 'fix left handed cells' tab. and again check for -ve volume. It will definately solve the problem.

Thanks

Re: Negative volume

Be careful!!!

There are left-handed cells which are simply defined incorrectly.

There are also truely negative volume cells which are a cell quality issue.

Best thing to do is inspect the cells. Don't push buttons blindly.

Good luck.

The command is CFLIP, but it does depend on the cause. If they are extruded left handed, for example, this will work, If they are distorted then it ultimately will not.
