I have a problem with defining boundary regions in STAR CD. Everytime I add an inlet to my model and check the model setup afterwards the error warning tells me "boundaries not found on the exterior of the model". What am I doing wrong?

You probably added your boundary in an interface between two cells. This is likely to happen if you select you cells from a vset or add you boundary to a subset of your complete domain.

You could try: bset all vset news bset

and plot all the vertices and see if one couple is somewhere inside your domain.
