Default Writing ngeom file

Hello all,

As a new user, I have been asked to write an *.ngeom file of a model of nearly 6,000,000 cells so that the model can be imported by Comet.

The problem is that I get a error messages saying that there are problem with some couples and then finally that the output file is not correct and therefore cannot be written.

Has anyone had the same problem? What are some work around solutions, if any?

Thanks in advance

There are a couple of options: 1)Investigate the couple errors. If they are really wrong, fix them. 2)Look at the quality of the cells around the couples. If they are badly warped, that could be causing the problem. 3)If there are only a few couples in question, you could try deleting them. It will lead to small "cracks" in the continuity of your model, but if a handful cells out of 6e6 are not connected properly, you might not really have a problem. At least you could start on a solution. 4)If possible, find a 64bit machine, just to be sure that you are not having any memory problems.
