Default scalars of different phase

In starcd is it possible to simulate the scalars with different phases. e.g. mixture of air and oil in transient analysis. My problem is- because of turbulence air is getting mixded in oil, and this has to be simulated transiently. Turbulence level is very high so there are large number of very small air pockets in oil and deliverable is how much the oil properties are changing. Pl guide. Thanks
