Default solid- solid interface

Hi everybody,

I am trying to calculate a thermal problem with convective heat transfer and conduction between two solids. Do I have to define a boundary condition between the solids- as wall-conductive for example? What is assumed if I don't define a boundary between the interface solid-solid? The solution doesn't converge for the enth of the solids?

Thanks

for such a case, if you use the conjugate heat transfer approach, you don't need to define a boundary on the solid-solid interface. Otherweise, yes.
