I am facing the negative pressure problem now. My situation is about exciting the bottom of cylinder (having small hole on the top side) by using moving wall boundary with impulse excitation.
The pressure at the time I push the bottom plate is fine (positive), but the pressure of the very next time step become negative. Anybody have the idea about this situation? Please give me some clues. |

Are you looking at the relative or absolute pressure values?
