cbextrude-heat transverse conduct

Hello everyone. I have come across a problem with using 'cbextrude'. I am wondering if the extruded solid can behave like ordinary solid, which conducts heat in 3-d. Many thanks

That's the whole point of the command. It turns a baffle, which conducts heat only in 1 direction (through the thickness) into a regular solid that conducts heat like any other solid in all directions.
