convergence criteria

To a prostar model what are the factors which influence the model to be converge?I have a model even if i give 10000 iterations it is not converging?So please suggest me what are the factors i can chage so that the model can converge?

play with the relaxation factors (reduce them) for the velocities and turbulence quantities!!
