Default how to reduce residuals

hello friends, i am doing my thesis on rotating disk using Star-CD, if want reduce the residuals which parameters i have to set in my pre-processing.. i am setting transilationla flow, Rotating frame of reference, and both...cases respectvely..

Hello, i am doing my thesis on rotating frame of reference, i would like to ask you that i want merge two parts as a one part with disc and plate, i gave the vmerge for disc 0.0032 and for plate 0.001 i want merge both with one more merge command, is it possible to merge, please help me..
