I want assembly 2 models so I write vertex, cells and couples from one model and I read them in the second, but when I read *cpl file I'm not able to find couples (ammbatch type). What can I do to solve this problem? Thank

Couples connect cell no./face no. to cell no./face no. If you read in cells and they no longer have the same cell numbers as before (because they have been offset or read in after another group, you must offset the couple definitions by the same number so they still refer to the same cell as before.
