I have heard that when using very low velocities, the diffusion of the fluids is quite important. How can I see/plot my diffusivity values and how do I know if they are correct?

You can store your diffusivity as a scalar and plot them as contour. With regard to whether its correct or not, best bet is to do some literature search.
