Hi

Hope you are doing well. I have already contacted you for this before, but I am a afraid I still can not get it to work. Before running my jobs I open starwatch daemon, then I run starwatch and then I run my job with star -watch. But I always get this error after the first itteration saying that "Warning - server not running, no information sent to starwatch." I get the same error on the starwatch window. I find it strange that even though it looks as if it has noticed the job's PID and it does connect to the server host it still can not display the residuals. Do you know any other thing I could possibly do to make this work?

Thanks

Cirilo

starwatch can almost always be made to work. What version of star are you running, what machine(s) are you on and are you running the solver on the same machine as the starwatch gui or a different machine? If you want to post an email address, I can probably get you running faster.

In the linux version, you should star the starwdaemon before star solver.

And you can star the solver with "star -watch" command.

I have test this function before, but I don't uses this function usually.
