Dear all

How can i change the value of Y+ for the high reynolds number turbulence model.

Y+ depends on the density, molecular viscosity, wall shear stress and distance to the wall. Assuming you cannot chnage the physical properties or the boundary conditions of your problem, the only way to vary y+ is to refine or coarsen the mesh.
